Responsibilities

  • Assist with the business, accounting, financial, fraud and valuation aspects of complex commercial matters
  • Manage engagements ensuring that projects are completed with quality and in an efficient and timely manner
  • Lead delivery teams in reaching a solutions based approach to client needs
  • Fully utilize leverage model
  • Review the work of Staff, providing mentoring and performance reviews
  • Develop business by expanding existing relationships with clients, maintaining personal networks, and participating in civic, business, and professional organizations

Qualifications

  • Our ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Valuation and Forensic experience with a litigation firm or accounting firm required
  • Strong technical skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and database software
  • Experience with data analytics is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
  • Master’s degreepreferred
  • Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills required
  • Solid understanding of the legal field and litigation procedures preferred
  • Strong skills in research, writing, and in general accounting preferred
  • Ability to work on and manage multiple engagements required
  • Supervisory experiencerequired
  • Strong writing and presentation skills required
  • Strong technical skills including MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint and data analytics skills required
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic required
  • One or more Forensics credentials required (CPA/CFA, CFE, MAFF).
