Kforce is seeking a Title Quality (CAPA) Business Systems Analyst to join our client in San Diego, California (CA). This role is responsible for working with the Business to document requirements and assisting in the development of designs for implementation. This position will interface with various departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and Customer Service. Please submit your resume today! Responsibilities:

  • Implement projects from initiation to implementation phase including gathering requirements, writing functional design documents, communicating requirements to technical team members, writing test scripts, implementing, and training end users and IT support staff
  • Work on all areas of Agile PLM and Oracle Product Data Hub including Product Data Management, Engineering, and Bills of Material - as it relates to product quality
  • Work on all areas of E-Business suite including Order Management, Shipping, Service/Field Service, Engineering, Bills of Material, Work-in-Process, and Supply Chain - as it relates to product quality
  • Work on Customer Complaint Management in Trackwise
  • Work on or support key processes and elements including developing and supporting standard operation/validation procedures, track and trace functions, developing and supporting regulatory compliance, filing and auditprocesses, developing and supporting receiving manufacturing, and customer quality processes, material/supplier quality processes
  • Guide team in developing reports, customizations, interfaces and extensions for Oracle applications - as it relates to quality
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical team members
  • Identify process improvements and work with business partners effectively to implement change
  • Support and enhance Oracle Applications interfaces integrated with non-Oracle systems
  • Create functional requirements and technical design
  • Drive test planning and execution

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED / equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related equivalent IT field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience working as a Quality Business Analyst and/or Quality Business Systems Analyst
  • 5+ Experience in Oracle E-Business R12 Quality functions required
  • Experience with OBIEE analytics
  • Experience supporting Oracle E-Business applications
  • Experience with OPLA and other OBIEE analytics
  • Working knowledge of Agile PLM 9 preferred
  • Knowledge/experience with using Oracle Application Tables, SQL, PL/SQL preferred
  • Able to interact with Business leaders and IT, as well as being able to operate comfortably at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent documentation skills; methodological experience with Oracle AIM, Agile-Scrum, and/or similar methodologies
  • Deep knowledge of quality processes related to Federally Regulated Medical Device industry such as CAPA, Complaint Management, FDA audits etc.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite quality processes such as receiving quality, manufacturing quality and customer quality
  • Knowledge of Trackwise and Agile Quality application preferred
  • Demonstrate proactive business judgment and decision-making skills; past results are indicative of consistently providing sound and effective business decisions
