The candidate will review and assess program documentation, IT life-cycle management business process, and IT life-cycle management. The candidate is responsible for overseeing the development and updates to SOPs and other documents pertaining to the operation, administration, or maintenance of UC HW/SW or mission IT and business systems applications. The candidate shall develop a plan and schedule for reviewing the documentation. Candidate with determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering/disseminating information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagram; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. Have an understanding of current Information Technology practices in a helpdesk environment. Recommend controls by identifying problems; authoring/revising improved IT practices; define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements. Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. Helps in the design, development, and implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) strategies; information management and content management strategies and experience. Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures; provide references for users by authoring and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users. Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Benchmark state of the art IT practices for a helpdesk environment. Strong communication skills when working with team members, subject-matter experts, stakeholders, system implementers, and application end users. Creative and aggressive self-starter with integrative thinking skills, capable of forming and maintaining positive and productive working relationships in internal, external, independent, and team environments.

Desired: Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Business or related field is desired. Candidate is desired to have five (5) or more years of experience with systems analysis; Global Video Services certification. Experience with U.S. Army Material Command (AMC) or U.S. Army Security Command (USASAC) is desired.
