Minimum 5 years experience as BA/BSA within a P&C organization. Excellent communication skills along with working knowledge of ACORD and related industry standards. Excellent data mapping skills, experience creating user documentation and working in an iterative or agile development environment. Attention to detail, self starter and quick study that adapts to new technology. SQL/XML knowledge. Able to write user documents and Use Case experience is necessary. Business Analyst needed to create test strategy documents, conduct and coordinate testing plans and create traceability matrices. Will also create test bed of data and review integration test results. Travel from home office to client location(s) is required.
