Key Role:

Provide project management and acquisition support to high-profile DoD military healthcare acquisition programs. Provide support as a member of a defense client's technical adoption team. Maintain responsibility for the development of monthly taskers to request Program Management Office (PMO) input for executive briefings. Maintain responsibility for the development and editing of executive briefings, including conducting meetings with senior DoD leadership, capturing action items, and tracking action items to closure. Develop Acquisition Decision Memorandums (ADMs), decision and action memos, and meeting read-aheads for senior DoD leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with providing business analysis and supporting DoD acquisition programs, including implementing DoDI 5000.02 and DoDI 5000.75

-6+ years of experience with project management

-6+ years of experience with preparing client executive briefings and reports

-Experience with SharePoint for knowledge management

-Ability to conduct comprehensive data gathering and analysis, provide qualitative and quantitative statistical data analysis techniques for metrics and risk analysis, and present ideas clearly, logically, and persuasively in verbal and written forms

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in a military PMO

-Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within program or project management and business case reports, risks, and issues

-Ability to meet deadlines, remain flexible, adhere to project plans, and ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organization skills
