Description

The Business Support Manager will own, lead and decision around the following Consumer Deposits and Lending (CLD) strategy and business support functions. Targeted areas for ownership include:


·CDL Incentive Management and CDL Liaison

·Citizens of Excellence: ownership of program for CDL – goal development, reporting

·Peak / Special Programs: business SME / Liaison across CDL and with Sales Performance Management

·Liaison to Sales Performance Management: single point of contact across CDL for incentive payments, reporting, mid/annual year end incentive program reviews


·Capital Management, Project Management Program and Reporting – Incident Reporting Entech

·Development of Entech prioritization reporting – PERL and Student – to include:

·Prioritization – Full year view, hours, dollars, and prioritization

·Development of key performance indicators of delivery, budget achievement by project and portfolio

·View of Entech delivery

·Development of program management for non-PMO: Entech, Originate, HE LOS

·Capture and prioritization assessment of projects based upon benefit review / cost analysis across CDL

·Development of executive reporting in support of project management – both PMO and non-PMO

·Development of Entech incident management reporting, BIM and Non-BIM incidents

·Management of CDL – HR / Colleague Support

·Ownership of Spot check:

·Development of annual survey, focus on key areas of colleague focus

·Management and administration of spot check survey, along with communication plan

·Development of read out of results, observations and key actions by business

·Management of Communication /

·Management of annual CDL Leadership meeting

·Coordination of all key communication, leadership events across CDL

·Balance Sheet Optimization / Securitization

·Direct support of Securitization work effort across CDL


The program manager will also service as key backup to those key leadership routines as well as backup for contact center forecasting. The program manager role will support the day-to-day coordination and collaboration across various business partners and business lines to include human resources, legal, risk, compliance and operations.


Qualifications

• 8-10 years previous financial services / banking experience

• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word

• Bachelor's Degree required and MBA preferred

• Strong leadership and self-starter – focused on execution of business deliverables and assignments

• Proactive leadership with ability to influence and collaborate across functions and teams

• Strong analytical abilities with ability to work through issues and escalate when appropriate

• Team focus, willingness to support team in larger work efforts
