Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:


  •         Responsible for cash application, daily deposits and batch processing as required
  •         Creates purchase requisitions for non-inventory items (i.e. office supplies)
  •         Verifies quality and receipt of non-inventory items
  •         Enters all A/P vouchers
  •         Makes routine collection calls as required
  •         Perform general administration duties
  •         Audit all Shipping/Receiving paperwork generated by Operations
  •         Summarize damage report generated by Operations on a regular basis
  •         Manage and monitor open POs and to perform regular clean up
  •         Correspond with vendors on payment status of invoices


Education and/or Experience                                                    


  • Post secondary education preferred, combined with a minimum of 3 years' related accounting experience.
$80K - $90K
