General Description

The Business Support Analyst (BSA) is responsible for determining and evaluating information related to special projects, organizational or business needs. The BSA needs to have the ability to communicate and present information with the full understanding of its meaning to the business. The BSA acts as a facilitator to the day to day organization around the CEO and other related management needs.


? Ability to analyze and develop complex spreadsheets

? Develop reports to be used by management

? Develop and conduct presentations

? Strong understanding of technology and computer equipment

? Manage CEO?s day to day structure, calendar and communications as the direct assistant

? Understand and learn about the core business

? Participate in operational activities to gain knowledge

? Organize and set up discussion groups and meetings

? Planevents for all company venues

? Communicate to growers, vendors and customers as needed

? Develop budgetary analysis for farm and business-related needs

? Develop crop forecasting and data models

?Work with the HR manager to develop new employment strategies

? Develop annual salesforecasting with the CEO and VP of Sales

?Travel and attend trade shows, sales conventions and seminars as needed

? Be available during harvest for extended support

? Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
