The Work:

TechnoServe has ongoing opportunities for management consulting professionals across the organizations. Positions include:

• Program Managers - Provide a broad range of support to program staff including operations, communications, relationship development, and administration.
• Country Program Leadership Roles - Strategic branding and operations to achieve sustainable economic development. Provides overall management of country program operations, programmatic excellence and new business development.

Who You Are:

• College graduate
• Management consultant, or former consultant, with professional experience at a top tier management consulting firm
• Experienced working in an emerging market
• Committed to the TechnoServe mission of poverty reduction
• Demonstrated project and people manager
• An independent, responsive and flexible team player
• Excellent communicator with English fluency (professional proficiency in Spanish, French or Portuguese preferred)
