Hypertherm seeks a Business Solutions Architect with a focus on global manufacturing operations and supply chain management to join our 100% employee-owned manufacturing company.

Focus on Strategy Development

• Bringing technology insights into the enterprise strategy development; develop roadmaps to align technology investment with enterprise objectives
• Support the design and construction of the current and future state of business models; practically apply new and emerging technologies to enable achievement of optimum business outcomes
• Research and understand technology and non-technology trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise’s technology strategy, direction and architecture

Support & Optimize Solution Delivery

• Provide sound architecture/solution concepts, enterprise data models, end-to-end integrated processes to support the delivery of IT projects, and conduct project EA tollgate reviews (in partnership with the PMO and the Information Security Office) to ensure project deliverables comply with EA, information security standards and the business case
• Lead technology portfolio, simplification, standardization and innovation to improve the technology ecosystems and digital platforms’ performance, agility, reliability and to reduce the total-cost-of ownership (TCO)
• Develop, evolve and promote EA tools to improve consistency, quality and speed of technology investment execution

Who you are and the experience you will bring:

• BA/BS Business Administration and or Computer Science required with 10+ years’ experience
• Experienced in global manufacturing and supply chain operations and processes
• Experienced with enterprise business applications such as Oracle EBS, Global Supply Chain Management Solutions and Manufacturing Execution Management Solutions
• Experienced in leading solution design work sessions with large cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Excellent in writing and oral presentation
• Great team player

Preferred experience that differentiates you:

• MBA 7+ years’ experience
• Project Management

Location: Hanover, NH (relocation assistance is available)

Travel 10-20% globally
