As a Business Solution Strategist (BSS) in the Strategic Pursuit Practice you will play an important role in building and sustaining executive customer relationships and trust in our most strategic accounts. Your role is to be a consultative thought leader that partners with the customer to craft a transformation strategy that aligns with the customers business objectives and VMWare’s offerings.
As a Business Solution Strategist, you will routinely collaborate with Director, VP and C-level executives providing insights, perspective, and guidance on long-term business and technology strategy, investments, and innovation. Your role combines design-thinking, strategy consulting, deal structuring, and enterprise architecture. You will facilitate cross-functional sales and account teams on high-profile engagements, executive presentations and workshops, represent VMware at executive forums, and educate VMware account teams on best practices and industry trends.

This is a home office-based position.
Travel: Up to 50% to customer sites and conferences as needed. Most travel will be regional and will include some occasional overnight travel.
