Our Business Segment Lending - SBA Lead must have a customer focused mindset with a passion for growth through SBA lending, with a particular focus on SBA 7(a) and 504 loans. The Business Segment SBA Lending Lead will oversee strategic product management for the SBA product line focused on accelerating business lending growth through SBA while staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. U.S. Bank’s strategic priorities are (1) an industry-leading customer experience, (2) sustained relationship, loan balance and market share growth and (3) strong profitability. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $125,715.00 - $147,900.00 - $162,690.00.
