Business Relationship Manager to provide Account focused leadership to ensure client relationship enrichment through business development, project delivery, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction.The job requirement is for one of a global IT consulting client for their Retail department
Responsibilities: Relationship Enrichment : Leverage existing client relationship to identify and acquire new business opportunities. Explore opportunities to cross sell other Organization offerings to existing client relationship to increase wallet share. Showcase Organization capabilities to the client and suggest deployment of various models that can enhance the client's processes. Focus on client satisfaction by understanding client requirements, managing client escalations, addressing client concerns, etc.,
Collaborating & Networking (Externally & Internally) : Liaise with external vendors / alliances to evaluate offerings available with them and customize them to create a new offering that meets client's requirements.
Build a strong network to strengthen client relationships.
Work closely with Solutions teams in identifying and targeting client opportunities along with Domain and Technology Experts.
Work closely with the marketing team to gain competitive market intelligence.
Co-ordinate with the pre-sales team and support delivery teams during proposal drafting.
Undertake strategic planning for the assigned relationship in conjunction with senior management.
Provide key relationship inputs for forecasting and business planning.
Review delivery plans and budgets for the relationship.
Provide relationship specific workforce planning data.
Ownership of Targets :
Own and ensure achievement of agreed sales targets.
Maintain a high win rate for qualified opportunities.
Achieve and maintain EVA margins.
Achieve go-to-market offering campaign targets.
Ensures compliance with the contractual obligations mentioned in the MSA, SOWs, and CRs.
Ensure quality and timely submission of RFPs.
Collateral Building :
Prepare case studies showcasing Organization capabilities.
Preparing position papers highlighting client requirements, market trends, business priorities, etc.
Set reasonable, challenging and clear expectations for the engagement managers and provide appropriate performance feedback.
Support and provide guidance to the team to achieve personal, team and professional goals.
Manage resources to ensure appropriate utilization.
