Job Description
Hiring great talent is critical to the success of any company. Square is looking for an experienced Business Recruiter to build and execute against recruiting strategies, act as a talent advisor and thought leader to our business partners, and offer a great experience to candidates and hiring managers.
You will:
- Own the entire lifecycle of recruiting from kicking off a new search, job description development, building a robust evaluation strategy, sourcing and closing candidates
- Provide a seamless recruiting process for various hiring managers, engineering teams and/or business units
- Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Talent Programs, Compensation and I&D to ensure a holistic approach to recruiting
- Prioritize and delegate open headcount in partnership with your manager
- Provide mentorship or indirect leadership on various recruiting best practices
- Execute against a unique sourcing strategies to build diverse pools of candidates
Qualifications
You have:
- At least 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of experience partnering with hiring stakeholders.
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional team members
- A desire and aptitude in building organizations that take into account holistic team composition and long term vision.
