As a part of the OCI Security GTM team you will partner with engineering teams, product managers, customer operations, compliance and legal to create, refine and maintain processes and workflows that facilitate customer and field communication. You will be adept at learning the tools and platforms for collaboration common to the teams and use those means to create a communications rhythm for keeping processes aligned to cross-team priorities.

You must be familiar with security team organization as well as working principles and adept at researching, modulating and adapting industry best practices. The successful candidate will have some experience in cloud and security technologies and the curiosity and drive to build on that knowledge to innovate toward the betterment of field and customer communications. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the scope of work of internal security and security operations teams
  • Develop workflows for assembling key customer relevant information and the guidelines by which it shall be made actionable and available to customers
  • Manage the process and repositories of gathered information so that is current, easy to follow and adherent to company compliance and privacy policies
  • Understand the range of capabilities within the group and identify all additional areas of customer facing communication that can be refined for utmost clarity, expediency of delivery and usability
  • Interface with field and support teams as well as customers to communicate processes and guidance

    Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years of project and/or program management experience
  • 2+ years of experienceworking withsecurity teams and technologies
  • Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
