This is a key position on the Employer Relations Team that is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a new market strategy to grow accretive contribution margin by developing and selling direct to employer products based onnarrower network/product designs to help employers better control their health plan costs and plan assets. Over time, these products will be available in all nine Service Areas and delivered in partnership with third party administrators (“TPAs”) and/or selected Payers.
The primary goal of this program is to establish a new level of relationship/partnership directly with employers, aiming toexceed their expectations and significantly improve the value of the health care they purchase. Products will be developed in partnership with selected, strategic partners (who may vary somewhat by market) and will focus on optimizing the use ofDignity Health facilities and network providers. Products will also require enhanced partnerships with physicians and physician networks, with a particular focus on leveraging the capabilities of newly developed clinical integration networks and existinginternal and external partners.
This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional execution and improvement of program operations and key projects/programs within the portfolio of initiatives managed and driven by the Employer Relations Strategy. This role will support the program team as an experienced program manager / business consultant and by developing, executing and standardizing program processes across service areas and partners, leading the development of work plans, timelines andstatus reporting, facilitating and coordinating data analysis and performance tracking for the program and delivering specific projects as needed. The experienced program manager / business consultant will have responsibility for key aspects of theprogram and demonstrate the ability to lead/manage project(s).
