Honeywell created the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) organization, a team of end-to-end process excellence, data management, analytics and technicalsystems leaders to develop and drive our strategy to maximize the value of information across the company based on Honeywell’s key business models. This team will partner closely with the business, functional, and IT leadership to ensure strong business ownership of our information and data models, to develop robust roadmaps for change and to drive the evolution of our organizational designs and talent strategies to enable our business leaders with the capabilities they need to win in the marketplace. We are searching for a strong individual for the EIM Business Process Partner role in the Total CustomerExperience (TcX) functional area. This role will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Information Management, and be instrumental to realizing Honeywell’s vision for digital transformation.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Partner with Honeywell Senior leaders in Commercial Excellence and Customer Experience Excellence to develop appropriate, consistent end-to-end processes, data models and systems for the TcX functional areas, considering value of differentiation vs. standardization
• Provide change management leadership and end-to-end process ownership, including proper governance, for go forward model
• Work with core EIM team and IT to enable digital transformation using contemporary technology and tools, enabling the power of analytics

Key Capability Requirements:
• A solid foundational understanding of economics and business models; strong business acumen

• Strong process orientation; ability to bring structure to a broadly-defined problem and/or need

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels of the organization
• Able to rapidly establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others and move toward a common vision or goal, even in the face of ambiguity

• Contemporary thinker focused on innovation and challenging current state
• Results driven/ bias for action with a positive can do attitude

• Ability to ask the right questions to surface essential requirements and critical business outcomes

• Skilled in developing business cases and delivering solutions in a highly matrixed environment

Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years’ experience in marketing, product management, or sales leadership roles
• BSrequired: MBApreferred in Marketing or Business Management
