Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Owns and maintains the SAP systems learning approach including maintenance of learning content and document management
  • Maintains and updates Workforce Performance Builder (WPB) for Business Process Procedures (BPPs) and ERP business user training materials
  • Works closely with Functional Process Experts to design and implement training for new capability enhancements and acts as liaison to businesses for ongoing training development
  • Interfaces with business leadership, Business Process Owners, and Functional Process Experts on a regular basis to ensure that training and resource expectations are being realized
  • Serves as first line support to IDT’s global organization and responds with appropriate sense of urgency for all regional sites.
  • Works closely with QA to review, administer, and update training content in Master Control
  • Maintains collaborative relationships with business and technology stakeholders and functional and site leadership to ensure a comprehensive perspective of IDT’s global customer experience, objectives, and strategies
  • Participates in project pipelines when needed
  • Creates and maintains training materials to ensure consistency with changes in job / role mapping
  • Maintains IP5 tool with role and T-code mapping and liaises with Security team on new role requirements
  • Defines instructor preparation process, training delivery approach and training environment strategy. Coordinates the delivery of ERP/business process training – logistics, facilities, scheduling, enrollment and tracking of completion
  • Works with Organizational Change Lead to ensure consistency between communication messages and training
  • Aligns training to ERP-specific business processes including upgrades
  • Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, Master’s degreepreferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years related knowledge management, quality systems or HR experiencerequired
  • Understanding of IDT’s software and information management system
