We are looking for a Business Process Manager to join our team. Flexibility to be based in Elkton MD, Phoenix AZ, Flagstaff AZ, or a remote location, with an expectation to travel as required.

Gore has launched a Business Process and Data Management group to establish and implement a harmonized set of process and data management practices. This role is designed to support the Enterprise Sales and Marketing strategy by improving the efficiency and effectiveness in how we market and sell to our customers. In this role, you will manage business processes related to Sales and the data created or transformed through them.   • Act as the liaison between those performing the processes, and those who are responsible for configuring IT applications and managing the data
  • Ensure that the business process requirements are met through the use of Governance, Modelling and Design, and Performance Monitoring and Improvement efforts
  • Drive the consistent use of business process terminology, that the processes appropriately align with industry standard best practices, and that business processes are presented with enough context to inform both solution architects and business associates
  • Collaboration with solution architects and integration developers to help define how business processes flow through multiple IT systems to support data and information needs

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and leverage external view of sales and marketing processes
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the process and data models for Salesforce related project
  • Partner with:
    • Enterprise Data Management and Business Process support teams to ensure business process and data needs are identified, planned and met
    • Information Technology and Software Quality Assurance teams to work within ITSM processes, and manage requirements for upgrade cycles and deployment
  • Develop and maintain:
    • Data policies, processes, and standards
    • Structures for data security
  • Accountable for:
    • Data quality, associated metrics, and ensuring compliance to policies and standards
    • Data classification
    • Definitions and maintenance of glossary terms
  • Define non-functional requirements for processes and data
  • Participate on Data Domain Governance Team
  • Consult with Data Champion and Stewards on business initiative data needs and issues
  • Lead and develop other team member


Required Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience with Sales, Marketing or Sales/Marketing Operations
  • Prior experience doing the following with Salesforce CRM:
    • Integrating CRM and marketing automation solutions
    • Executing governance processes to make decisions, identify risks, and drive issues to resolution
    • Mapping business processes
    • Analyzing data and using sales metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Influence broadly and to work through ambiguity
    • Work effectively with diverse groups of associates
    • Identify and drive opportunities for continual improvement
    • Understand varied audiences and craft appropriate oral and written communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude for performing detail-oriented work
