Required: Bachelor Degree and minimum of seven years or more job-related experience. Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 7 years job-related experience. 10+ years extensive IT customer service, desktop services and call center experience may qualify in lieu of degree.
Provides organization wide management of customer service functions including Call Center, Desktop Services, and Field Services. Ensures IT meets commitments to the Service Line and Business Units for service delivery and problem resolution processes. Manages and coordinates all Customer Service events for WCHN in support of the organization's strategic goals with an ownership of all service requirements.
Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Master's degree or MBA is desirable.
Hours: 40 control hours.
