Build a workflow team with the ability to manage business analysis work to define scope of workflow requirements from various business functions and lead execution of workflow delivery through an agile methodology.
*** Develop internal client deliverables including modeling of future state processes, development of user stories, user journey maps, and user interaction screens.
*** Define workflow standards including boundaries for configuration versus customization and governance rules for evaluating business requests.
*** Coordinate with Technology and Operations on long-term strategy for workflow platform, including service delivery standards.
*** Lead and assist with projects including identifying business improvements and solutions, business case development, requirements definition, process and organization design, and procedure development.
*** Coach and structure delivery team with an agile delivery model.
*** Manage allocation of resources for the implementation of workflow projects, as well as enhancements to existing workflows.
*** Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
***Support configuration management and deployment processes.
*** Collaborate with internal partners to monitor usage and performance to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
*** Lead cross-functional teams to investigate operational issues and recommend solutions.
