What You'll Do
You will communicate and collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to discover business requirements and understand their needs. You'll identify process improvements and document the finalized Agile story and acceptance criteria as well as document processes end-to-end in Visio for current state and future state analysis. You'll lead projects with business leaders and their teams to identify areas of improvement opportunity and measurement and monitoring plans. You'll utilize process improvement tools and techniques to define the process and changes required. This will also include documenting end-to-end process maps to visually depict internal workflows.
