In this role, you will prioritize and drive performance improvements that will have direct impact on business results and on delivering operational excellence to customers, by challenging the status quo, coaching, and embedding a mindset of continuous improvement in Post Market Surveillance.
You are responsible for
Collaborate with business partners to provide support in diagnosis of process problems, suggest proven practice solutions, and ensure implementation of improved processes
Work independently to design, implement, troubleshoot and optimize the performance of assigned parts of post market surveillance processes
Manage the deployment and embedding of new, critical capabilities brought by the Quality Transformation portfolio in line with the BGs needs in the area of Post Market Surveillance
Support the business in resolving issues, using Lean and 6S tools, as a way to improve Quality and Regulatory Compliance
Coach and train colleagues on process changes made
Manages the deployment and embedding of new, critical capabilities brought by the business transformation portfolio of programs in line with Market, BG or Function’s needs
Maintain CI methodology and tools on one or more specific areas.
Decide and arrange specific Train the Trainer Sessions
Calibrate, assess and coach the organization in determining CI Maturity.
Support the business in resolving issues, using the known lean and 6S tools and the CI methodology, Kaizen events and 6S projects as a way to improve Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory within your assigned geography / business perimeter.
Ensure your kaizen events – 6S projects are properly planned / executed / sustained.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Degree in Business or Engineeringrequired; Master's Degreepreferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a global operating company in a regional or global role.
Drive continuous improvement, Support a program or project across business, markets, functions, Deliver outcomes through others Change Management, empathy & Interpersonal skills & Influencing skills.
Able to drive change with sense of urgency and bias for action
Achieving Mastery of Philips Excellence Practices, esp. Lean, Continuous Improvement
