Directs department staff and activities to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources and technology. Through management staff, directs work activities to meet Operations' and corporate strategic goals. This position develops strategies to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and implement new technologies and methodologies. The Business Process Director is responsible for assisting the Department Head in the development of strategic and tactical direction of Operations.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Provides guidance and direction regarding business processes and workflow development and implementation.
Plays a key role in the Agile development framework by understanding and supporting the portfolio work, communicating the program vision, and managing and prioritizing the work in progress, among other duties.
