As a member of Penumbra's IT team, you will coordinate the successful implementation of technology solutions to support the company's mission of developing and delivering life-saving products. By effectively managing project deliverables, you will help drive innovation and the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with business processes such as procurement, sales, supply chain and finance.

How You'll Contribute

  • Understand current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement solutions to streamline and automate business processes
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to address business needs
  • Consult with business users to gather requirements for business applications; create documentation outlining the desired processes and specifications
  • Ensure that requirements are implemented accordingly, troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Participate in planning the deployment of new tools; document meeting notes, agreements, action items, and next steps
  • Support team on large and complex projects or programs with project related activities

What You Bring

  • The ability to bring projects to successful completion with initiative, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, Life Sciences, Customer Service, or Business Operations
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with SaaS applications
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Word, Excel, and Visio skills
