RESPONSIBILTIES:
Duties include retrieving, interpreting and reporting relevant performance data and metrics, incorporating strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities.  Daily interactions with coached individuals will include:  active listening and providing constructive feedback; resolving conflicts; promoting work group engagement and accountability; meeting facilitation; interviewing; training; and delivering oral and written reports.  Work will be conducted individually and as part of a team.  The work will be performed outdoors, shipboard, in a back shop, and field office environment.  At times the coach will be tasked with climbing ladders and accessing constrained spaces. 
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
-- Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-- Must have five to seven years of relevant coaching experience in organizational development, change management, supervisory leadership or process and performance improvement.
-- Must have outstanding interpersonal skills.
-- Must have strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities.
-- Must be able to work independently in an active industrial environment.  This includes the ability to climb ladders and access constrained spaces.

-- The candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-- Ideal candidate would possess an industry recognized performance coaching certification (International Coaching Federation, International Association of Coaching, etc.), experience in process and performance improvement, and experience in change management. 
-- A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial -“Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, Management, Organizational Leadership, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resource Development, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related scientific or technical discipline.  
-- Possess a professional designation in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
