JOB DUTIES: Develop and maintain Trisus Cost Analytics Product including dashboards and reports used by US Hospitals. Set up, maintain and provide software suite of Business Intelligence (BI), other tools and capabilities (such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Python, R, SQL) for most efficient and effective hospital data analytics. Customize commercial solutions as needed. Provide project leadership as assigned for implementation of SaaS offering in hospitals and mentor other BI Analysts and developers. Lead team in developing healthcare analytics product using Qlik Sense in Microsoft Azure Platform. Deliver projects on time, to budget for successful implementations and most effective use of software solution. Identify and resolve medium technical and operational issues to meet customer need. Interface with senior leaders and key stakeholders cross functionally for project implementations. Responsible for reporting data model, preparing ETL scripts in Qlik sense, data and application architecture/modeling. Train and coach team members in Qlik Sense as needed. Perform Qlik Design, scripting and modeling. Responsible for SQL Server SQL and database management on Azure. Execute version control with Team Foundation Services (TFS). Develop SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Maintain internal reporting platforms including troubleshooting, development and access security. Interact with internal users for requirements to develop report specifications. Write advanced SQL queries and software code to develop effective solutions, to requiredquality standards. Work with engineering team to assist and drive development of Craneware’s BI infrastructure including data warehousing, reporting and analytics platforms, to meet Craneware HealthcareIntelligence (CHI) division needs. Contribute to continuous improvement of BI team tools and skills to ensure business needs are continually met or exceeded. Work closely with IT, network and security teams to support customers with cloud deployment and operational expertise. Define, develop and implement specific metrics that communicate benefits of architecture program to the business. Ensure effective communication of metrics in support of planning and decision making. Coach and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement, develop core capability and build skills for longer-term succession planning to meet evolving business needs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other engineering field, and minimum 2 years of commercial experience in full application lifecycle for development of software suite of BI tools and solutions for data analytics in health care. Must include: wide array of coding, database and visualization technologies and tools including MS SQL Server, Tableau, Qlik, Python; analytics and data extraction coding using SQL queries/procedures, Qlik, data modeling and extraction techniques; platform design and development; reporting data model; advanced ETL script; application architecture/modeling; data integration services. Requires demonstrated experience in technical project leadership, program and performance management, training / coaching teams in new techniques.
