Quotient is growing and we are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join our Sales Operations and Business Planning group.


The Business Intelligence Manager will lead and support several highly important analytical and data intensive projects like forecasting revenue, modeling opportunity, and KPI reporting.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development of model-based strategies designed to maximize ROI
  • Package and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to general marketing and business audiences
  • Develop forecasting models in existing and new markets to guide investment decisions
  • Build dashboards and perform causal analysis to identify and track performance drivers
  • Predictive modeling and econometric analysis to support “what-if” analysis across Sales and Marketing
  • Work efficiently with data and analytics partners to define, configure, extract, aggregate, mine and synthesize data using SQL and Excel

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing or other quantitative discipline; Master’s degree a plus
  • 6+ years of work experience in a professional services environment: management consulting, market research, advertising, or interactive/technology consulting
  • Experience with querying and data manipulation using SQL
  • Fluent in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and charting
  • Experienced in presenting convincing analysis, preparing data models and developing consensus for project completion/analytics implementation
  • Experience with statistical methodologies, concepts and software tools such as SAS, Stata, or SPSS
  • Critical thinking– capable of generating consistently accurate, useful reports as well as an enthusiasm for developing team dynamics to meet marketing program objectives
  • Attention to detail and time management to deliver high quality work for multiple projects across several client engagements while meeting deadlines
  • Balances desire for quantitative rigor with realities of inconsistent business data
