Overview & Responsibilities
Responsible for Software Management and Development to support our customer Financial Services (FS) team. This team member will work closely with the business to gather, document and solve for the Information Technology needs of the customer FS organization. They will support the customer FS specific applications including Lending/Leasing origination, portfolio, pricing, imaging, reporting and document management systems. This hands-on role will require them to work independently to execute initiatives to support the organization.
System report development utilizing QlikView and NPrinting tools
Administration of SharePoint and Document Imaging Environments
First level support of 70+ users for request/problem tickets logged.
Backup support of other key systems including Leasing Origination and Portfolio systems.
Collaboration with local/global business users to provide them with proper system access, providesystem educationand to promote proper system use.
Interact with the Customer FS and IT teams and third party technology/service providers to maintain, configure, and enhance systems.
Establish close business relationships with key stakeholders and users.
Gather information from end users to develop business requirements and create solutions.
Maintain frequent and clear communications with remote Customer FS business and IT leaders.
Document key systems support processes.
Experience developing reports with Qlikview and NPrinting development tools
3+ years of experience in IT, performing the duties of a Developer, Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
Skilled in writing SQL queries and using Oracle/SQL Server databases.
SharePoint Administration skills are valuable
Experience supporting a Leasing/Retail origination and/or portfolio system is strongly preferred.
Technical competence in QlikView, NPrinting, D+ H CreditPath(Cyence), NetSol LeasePak, Ivory SuperTRUMP, SharePoint, Cassiopae, Informatica, and/or Salesforce systems is desirable.
Experience in leasing and/or banking industry is a key skill.
Proven experience interacting with business teams to perform business analysis, documentrequirements, documentprocesses, conduct/facilitate user acceptance testing and training.
Knowledge of, and experience participating in, the software development lifecycle.
Involvement inconfiguring off-the-shelf
Networking experience is beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
4-year degree in computer science or related degree required. Advance degree a plus.
