Responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the Symphony Health reference and master data management processes. Oversees day-to-day processing as well as projects for improvement and client customization. Analyzes data to find patterns, ensure quality and identify improvement opportunities. Works with internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Sales and IT along with customers in support of varied product offerings.

Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of Symphony Health healthcare reference data
- Oversee day-to-day processing and stewardship of the reference data to include managing offshore resources
- Analyze data trends to quickly identify issues and improvement opportunities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to launch new product offerings, enhancements to existing offerings and address issues
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Healthcare system and reference data management experience
- Ability to quickly understand process flow steps and identify areas for improvement
- Highly analytical with an ability to interpret data trends and pinpoint opportunities for improvement
- Skilled at jumping quickly from high level to detailed level analysis
- Problem solving skills especially in relation to working cross-functionally
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
- Ability to lead projects and meet deadlines
- Expert at assessing overarching goals to determine day-to-day priorities
- SQL and Oracle database experience preferred
- Experience using business intelligence tools and data frameworks along with SQL and Oracle is preferred
