Job Summary

Revint Solutions is currently seeking to expand its existing sales team by adding a Business Development Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role will be to support the business development executives, and National Vice President of Business Development, in managing sales activities across the organization.  The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in marketing and/or sales positions within Healthcare, supporting effective national sales campaigns and teams. Particular prior experience in consulting will assist this person in quickly grasping the combination of services and products that Revint provides.


Selected Responsibilities

?       Facilitate meetings and on-going collaboration between the Revint Business Development (BD) team

?       Provide input(s) on sales campaign ideation, to include building sales tools and collateral

?       Document and maintain sales activity through CRM automation tool (Salesforce); and manage on-going reporting & analytics to increase sales efficiency

?       Assess areas of personal and professional development, which would enable greater individual, as well as team, sales success

?       Demonstrated ability to collaborate with BD team members and Revint corporate leaders to identify, pursue and capture new client relationships


Required Qualifications

?       Bachelor's degree; or additional 5 years of relevant professional experience

?       Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in Healthcare-related sales & marketing positions

?       Ability to travel up to 30%


Preferred Qualifications

?       Previous experience with a Big-4 accounting firm or large consulting firm

?       Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects and sales events simultaneously

?       Action-oriented, results driven, take-charge attitude

?       Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

?       General knowledge of the healthcare industry, current trending and leading practice(s)
