Business Development / Sales Professional – Residential Construction
Webuild () is seeking a Seasoned Business Development / Sales Professional to lead the client relationship and sales activity life cycle for single family, residential redevelopment services throughout the Los Angeles / Malibu marketplace for one of the state's fastest growing residential development organizations rebuilding natural disaster impacted properties in the region.
The ideal individual would have 5+ years of experience working as a Business Development / Sales professional, preferably with at least 3+ years in the construction industry working for a residential developer, general contractor, design/build or specialty contracting firm. Must have the abilities to perform lead follow-up, cultivate homeowner relationships, negotiate / develop proposals, establish profitable redevelopment projects for the organization; including performing activities related to educating homeowners on insurance matters, architectural design, permitting, the construction process and home warranty throughout the rebuilding of their home.
The Account Executive will be the primary point of contact for the client/homeowner throughout the rebuilding process and be charged with establishing the relationship, assessing needs, educating on services, developing proposals, closing the sales and following the project along through construction navigating any hurdles/obstacles that may arise along the way.
Requires the abilities to work in conjunction with the senior leadership team, project managers, estimators and construction management personnel throughout the firm on single, family, residential development projects up to $10 Million in scope each. The Business Development / Sales Professional will be the primary point of contact for the client/homeowner throughout the rebuilding process.
Requires a Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management or related discipline. Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities. MS Office, Salesforce CRM software skills desired.
