The Business Development Representative has experience selling  into medium sized manufacturing and nonmanufacturing customers ($200,000 - $500,000).


  • Builds key customer relationships

  • Identifies business opportunities,

  • Negotiates and closes business deals

  • Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

  • Revenue goals about $800K new business annually

  • Driving travel is 60% with some overnight stays

  • Provide Cost Saving Documentation to clients

  • Analyze Data and convert to Strategy

The Business Development Representative will work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities.To achieve this, they need to contract new solutions to medium manufacturing and nonmanufacturing customers in their early stages of the client’s life-cycle. BDR’s sell Company’s solutions to Directors and Officers of our clients by following a sophisticated sales methodology teaching clients something new and compelling about their own business needs and provides conclusive reasons why it’s necessary to take action with Company’s solutions. They are looking for a “hunter mentality” with a passion for people and sincere and ethical values.  The BDR will focus on a solution selling method and really be able to dig in and identify a client’s pain points and offer solutions.
