We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join an awesome sales team at a high growth B2B technology company who lives and breathes innovation!
Centric Software specializes in technology innovations for fashion, outdoor and other fast-moving consumer goods markets to help them design, develop and bring their best products to market.
- Make phone calls to generate leads for the sales team. Develop new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through associations, chambers of commerce and directly with prospects.
- Build target lists by researching and contacting new prospects. Research organizations and leads using search tools including online resources, associations and cold calling.
- Generate unique demand for the Sales Organization.
- Identify key buying influencers within accounts.
- Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM. Database cleaning and maintenance on selective companies and individuals based on pre dictated parameters based on geography, industry, revenue, sic code, etc.
- Drive registration and attendance to Centric hosted events and/or webinars
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
- 1 year of work experience in technology or software (SaaS) sales development
- Hands-on experience developing leads from scratch with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- A clear understanding and advance knowledge/usage of prospecting tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Inside View, Google Search, etc.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, etc.)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Preferred experience or degree in sales, marketing, business, or event planning
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organization.
