The BDR is responsible for growing the Cask footprint within the West Coast segment. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to successfully build and maintain relationships, advise customers on Cask solutions, ServiceNow solutions, grow Casks footprint across a defined set of prospects, customers, partners with Cask and ServiceNow team members to develop innovative programs, and expand customer adoption to new business segments. This role will also act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. A successful candidate will work with prospects, customers, partners, Regional Account Executives, and internal teams to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the development and execution of Account strategies

  • Work alongside marketing, sales, and leadership to execute targeted outbound campaigns

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

  • Maintain a robust prospect and sales pipeline within target territory accounts

  • Identify prospects for opportunities in order to partner withAccount Executives throughout the end to end sales cycle

  • Create a high-level network for events and follow up, working closely with Cask and ServiceNow Partner marketing

  • Break into new lines of business segments within the defined Accounts

  • Consistently overachieve targets through a customer-obsessed approach

  • Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically

  • Work in a team environment with multiple Account Managers and internal Cask Team Members

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years enterprise technology sales experience

  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services preferred

  • Experience selling complex, disruptive, transformative technical solutions

  • Executive conversations skills a must - CXO driven

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail

  • Proven track record of managing multiple prospects, clients and internal team expectations while meeting tight deadlines

  • Proven track record in the enterprise space with complex sales cycles

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.

  • Proven success in managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment

Preferred qualifications

  • A strong understanding of Cask and/or technology as a service i.e. ServiceNow

  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to change

  • Ability to think critically and creatively to develop new business-impacting ideas or processes

  • Ability to rapidly build rapport with prospective clients over the phone
