Summary: Reporting to the Director of Business Planning & Development, this position collaborates with the director to lead planning engagements to develop, monitor, and updatebusiness plans such as clinical service line plans, medical staffing plans, program funding models and other planning needs for the organization.The positionsupports the director in engagements to develop, monitor, and update long-rangebusiness plans such as organizational strategic plans, regional growth plans andmaster site facility plans.The position coordinates the workflow and oversees the daily activities of the department's planning analyst to include maintaining the integrity of data and optimizing key department information systems, producing recurringreports and analysis and providing assistance and guidance in processing ad hoc information and analysis requests while ensuring high-quality, professional deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS: This job requires a Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, Statistics, HealthcareInformatics or a related field with a Master's degreepreferred. Minimum three (3) years related experience and minimum five (5) years increasingly responsibleexperience that demonstrates success with managing multiple projects, developing business plans and compiling and interpreting data.

Working knowledge of the medical industry, including reimbursement, coding and clinical classification systems, financial modeling, statistics and healthcare trends
