What you'll do

Internal/External Role & Responsibilities:

  • 5 years of sales experience in VLT or related Gaming Area
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Spend time in customer jurisdictions understanding requirements, game trends and future technology needs
  • Technical knowledge sufficient to demonstrate the company's gaming products to customers and respond effectively to customer's questions
  • Work with customers and 3rd Party Vendor for Market Research blueprint and subsequent Player validation
  • Customer liaison between key stakeholders across the organization
  • Participate in weekly meetings and ensure tasks are being met to build and deliver to client's requirements
  • Target customer launch dates with associated launch strategy and communicate both internally and externally
  • Review and evaluate opportunity to respond to any targeted VLT customer procurement documents, access regulatory requirements and share out with Business Writer for distribution to internal stakeholders
  • Communicate with Aristocrat Legal to review and advise on jurisdictional and regulatory requirements, procurement documents, Customer agreements and 3rd Party Vendor agreements
  • Work closely with Product Manager VLT for the ongoing development and maintenance of Technology and Game library to ensure that Aristocrat Engineers and Studio have relevant information to design and develop product and content for VLT markets that contribute to competitive financial performance
  • Coordinating required deliveries for customers associated with the development and distribution process for machines, logistics of trial machines, and fulfillment of spare parts
  • Liaise with Training team to deliver customized training plan to the customers and engage with internal teams to define spare parts list, warranty, manuals, etc.
  • Refine/develop and work with Service Support team that is specifically aligned to VLT customer necessities for in-field and out-field VLT support. This includes prelaunch, launch and post launch


  • Strong sales & interaction skills – both internally and externally with customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; including negotiations and decision making
  • Ability to effectively work closely with and manage cross functional teams across different departments
  • Project Management - flexible and adaptable to oversee multiple complex projects and tasks
  • Comprehension of VLT product; platform, games and jurisdictional requirements
  • Detail oriented and organized
