The Business Development Manager (BDM) position is a sales role responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing business within the IT/Engineering niche. Client activities include client development, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building relationships, and penetrating client accounts.
4-5 years of new business development experience within the consulting/staffing industry
Compensation for this position includes a base salary plus commission. This position is based out of our Fremont office.
