An energetic Business Development Manager* who will play a pivotal part of the Growth team by

  • Nurturing existing client relationships
  • Implementing system-based sales processes to facilitate new prospects and creating best practices on these
  • Communicating clearly the progress of sales & customer success as well as forecasting and tracking sales & customer success metrics
  • Gaining in-depth understanding of what clients and prospects need and communicating that with the Marketing, Product and Engineering team
  • Representing the brand at conferences, trade shows, events and even on media from time to time
  • Travel will be 10% - 20%
  • Reporting and working directly with the CEO and the COO of the company


Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in a relevant job position within the healthcare industry or a startup offering services to Health Systems, Health Plans, or Payers
  • Commercial experience with a track-record in both sales and customer success
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills with the ability to talk to many different groups
  • Experience working collaboratively across departments
  • Native or excellent knowledge of English language
  • Positive energy and can do mentality
  • BA university degree in Business, or related field

Salary

$120K - $275K
