Peak Performers is hiring for our internal team! We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will play a vital role in continuing the growth of our staffing and recruitment services.
Founded as a nonprofit in 1994 in Austin, for 25 years Peak Performers has been providing top-tier professional staffing and recruiting services for the public sector. In recent years especially, our services have grown at an astounding pace, while still staying true to our core purposes and maintaining our signature high-touch approach.
The Business Development Manager coordinates and executes on Peak’s business development objectives, in close collaboration with other departments and executive leadership. Day to day activities include deepening existing client relationships at a management level; establishing new contacts at prospective client organizations; and assessing and obtaining new contracts through the RFP response process.
As Peak is a mature organization with a complexity of client relationships, this role requires a strong attention to detail, effective and professional communication skills, and consistent record keeping in our CRM. We function as a cohesive, highly collaborative team. The Business Development Manager must have a genuine commitment to contributing within that culture.

This on-site role regularly requires local and statewide travel, which is eligible for reimbursement in accordance with Peak policies. Scheduled hours are M-F, 8-5. Additional work outside of these hours may be required.
This position is salaried and overtime exempt. Compensation is industry competitive. Eligible for health insurance and other staff benefits after 60 days in the role.
