  • Position requires significant phone contact with both prospects and customers, utilizing an in-house contact management system.
  • Grow existing Marlin Customer relationships 
  • Interface with Credit department colleagues on new origination volume
  • Develop and maintain accurate data in client database
  • Prepare financialsupport and documentation for all financecontracts
  • Handle incoming business from franchisee’s 
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales volume and account management quotas

  • Ability to quickly learn and retain financial product information

Position Qualifications 

  • 3+ Years Equipment Finance & Lending Experience Required
  • 5+ Years Sales Experience Preferred
  • 3+ Years End-User-Direct equipment finance and/or loan originations experience Preferred
  • Undergraduate Business Degree Preferred
  • Excellent phone skills required
  • Self-driven, results oriented, individual with clear focus on high quality service and profitability
  • Experience working within a corporate environment desired
