Job duties and responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across HOAs, condominiums, and master associations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads -
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution -
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to Board Members and developers
  • Attend board meetings, turnover meetings, and community events to generate opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with Board Members, developers, attorneys, and industry partners
  • Establish Folio as a trusted advisor and long-term partner
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding
  • Represent Folio at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor positioning, and market dynamics
  • Identify strategic opportunities for expansion within existing and new markets
  • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and Operations teams to align on capacity and onboarding readiness
  • Work closely with Marketing to support campaigns, branding, and lead generation efforts - Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
