We are looking for a successful Business Development Manager to support our Upper Midwest Region. Due to the extensive amount of travel required for this position we are requiring all candidates reside within 60 miles of a major US airport. POSITION SUMMARY:This position will be responsible for collaborative work with Field Sales Management and District Sales Managers to execute strategies that support the acquisition of new contract business: The position reports the regional Sales Director and collaborates with both internal departments and external contacts at end consumers and distribution to align goals: The main focus of the role will focus on development of targeted major industrial consumers or renewal of existing contracts. You will be responsible for establishing deep relationships with key national account contacts within the established distribution network. You will be working closely with District managers to close top competitive opportunities in SellSmart. You will be responsible for developing key regional End Market.
