We are hiring immediately a Business Development Manager in our Building Services Sector- a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need. You will be responsible for the overall identification, development, and implementation of strategic business targets.
You must be a strategic thinking new business oriented sales professional who can pivot between the C-Suite, procurement and operations with a proven success in the building services and government arenas (high rise, office building, large distribution/warehousing, facility management, government entities).
Candidate should be an industry leader with world-class business acumen and have a demonstrated track record of successfully developing and negotiating sizable national and regional contracts. You will also need to be highly organized, practice good time management, and be highly driven to successfully chase and close new business.
