The position serves as a field-based marketing representative responsible for market development objectives in strategic geographies. Business Development Managers (BDM) collaborate with cross-functional teams on upstream and downstream marketing objectives, and work with local sales and sales management teams to execute key strategies for market growth. A field-based BDM is responsible for developing strategic relationships with key patient support groups, referring centers, and advocacy groups, and helping to educate patients and providers about DBS therapy.
The Business Development Manager will operate within a defined area, providing clinical education and serving as a primary resource market development strategy and execution.
