  • Identify and develop new business relationships that will lead to generating revenue
  • 80-90% of your time will be spent out in the field generating business by meeting with prospects, outside calling, attending networking functions, and community events
  • Work closely with Centers of Influence (COI) to include event coordinators, POCs at higher education institutions and various businesses to assist in driving new business.
  • Has a well-defined marketing strategy that will target his/her respected goals
  • Effectively onboard business generating prospects and grow existing business relationships
  • Understand and carry out senior management’s sales objective(s)
  • Partner with multiple internal departments at Alton Lane including but not limited to our Marketing, Operations & Facilities, Customer Experience and Showroom Directors in each of our locations to help cross-sell Alton Lane’s garments and deepen new and existing relationships
  • Stay current with national, regional, and local industry trends


  • 4+ years of direct sales experience and proof of results achieved in previous roles 
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects
  • Strong Center of Influence (COI) network – required
  • Experience with analyzing reports to identify key area of sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong prospecting and sales skills
  • Must be able to travel at least 75% of the year
  • Valid drivers license and ability to visit clients on a daily basis
  • Bachelor’s Degree
