We are currently accepting resumes for a Business Development Manager in Fishers, IN.


The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

- Develop new partners, system integrators and customers/key accounts

- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets and follow-up on leads

- Build relationships with new clients

- Identify and turn potential prospects into partners/customers

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distributionchannels that will lead to an increase in sales

- Retain the existing partners and customers with new products and solutions

- Recruit, train and lead sales team

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team


Required Skills and Experience:

 - Bachelor?s degree in engineering, business or computer science

-  Minimum of 8years working experience 

-  Business Development/automation industry experience (senior salesexperience or technical engineer experience would be considered) 

- Technical knowledge on automation networks - Profinet, EtherNet/IP, ModBus TCP, RS-232/422/485, Human Machine Interface (HMI), PLCs (Programmable Logic Controls), SCADA

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals

- Ability to communicate technical or non-technical information to staff and customers in a clear and concise manner

- Technical skills required to understand and propose products to solutions by focusing on client requirements

- Strong presentation skills


Preferred Skills and Experience:

 - Broadband, building automation or factory automation experience highly preferred

- Sr. salesexperience of technical engineer experience
