The Business Development Executive is primarily responsible for driving demand for the company services by reinforcing the company brand and Kemberton’s value. Responsible for presenting Kemberton Healthcare’s services and optimizing the business opportunities in targeted hospitals in the area specified. The Business Development Executive will be required to demonstrate an excellence in developing and applying business processes that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Sales. 


  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, align Kemberton Healthcare as a service solution of choice
  • Develop sales plans and strategies for new business prospects
  • Working to increase revenue and KPI’s as set by the Vice President of Sales
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objective
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations and demonstrations for key accounts and prospective customers
  • Demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems/opportunities and recommending an approach to solving problems and pursuing opportunities

·      Execute research strategies designed to identify appropriate target prospects

  • Professional Development Opportunities: develop and maintain outstanding industry knowledge, understand healthcare trends, enhance skills and abilities
  • Develop and share best practices with team, collaborate with othersales team, build and contribute to a positive work environment and culture
  • Coach and mentor Inside sales team on lead generation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Sales


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Communications or Marketing

·      Minimum 5+ years proven track record of successful business development in Healthcare Industry

·      2-5years of contract negotiations in Healthcare Industry

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • STRONG work ethic and desire to achieve goals
  • Exceptional combination of detail orientation and technical aptitude

·      Ability to work within aggressive timeframes

·      Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
