Responsibilities:

Act on marketing-generated leads and referrals, ensuring all opportunities are effectively progressed

Self-generate leads and help drive revenue working with the Sales Executives

Work closely with the VP Sales and SVP to optimize sales strategy

Create and manage a sales pipeline

Document and track activities on all aspects of the sales process through the CRM

Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly revenue objectives

Articulate the value proposition to senior HR leaders

Effectively identify and quantify customer objectives, problems and needs, highlight ROI and create consensus with customer organizations through a consultative sales approach

Work within a team environment; manage internal and external resources to execute sales strategy

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experiences Required:

A track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned targets

Proven track-record in direct / inside sales

Experience of selling into Human Resources departments

Bachelordegreerequired

Demonstrated success in strategic and consultative selling

High intelligence and mental acuity

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Hunter mentality

Highly driven and self-motivated

Strong business acumen; polished, and articulate, comfortable selling and presenting to senior level executives
