The Business Development Director, will be part of our growing team, working to build our client business base. This role is primarily responsible for collaborating with the WONGDOODY client service and sales teams to identify, lead and close marketing engagements with clients across industries, driving incremental revenue and creative opportunity.
This role will specialize in building opportunities for standalone business. In other words, these are leads that do not come through our Infosys parent relationship but are direct client relationships with top marketers in the US. As such, this person will need to be experienced within the region, having worked in creative marketing business development previously to this role. You will be bringing your relationships and connections to bear and working with our BD team and Marketing team to grow a funnel of prospects and wins.
The Business Development Director, will have a proven track record of generating and driving B2C and B2B modern marketing engagements that focus on top-notch strategy and creative in service of 360 customer engagement. Everything from campaigns to CX. Our ideal candidate with have the ability to connect our case studies and capabilities in a way most relevant and compelling for each new prospect, never using an off-the-shelf approach.
This individual will prioritize and manage new business pursuits with support from a cross functional team. A collaborative leader that works well in a highly-creative team environment, has a sense of humor, strong storytelling capabilities, patience, and a tolerance for pressure is a must.
